Some latest news from Future Search Network - August 2025.
Sandra and Michael travelled to Copenhagen to attend the Academy of Management annual conference. The AOM conference is a gathering of 13500 academics and some scholar practitioners who present papers and talk a lot about trends in leadership, management and research. Sandra was presented with the Distinguished Scholar Award for 2025 by the Organizational Development and Change Division of AOM. She made a key note presentation to a large audience describing her theory of change (which is our theory of change) based on Differentiation and Integration, and the importance of engaging the diversity of the system in learning, converging to common ground and moving to action!
FSNANZ - Good Luck to Miranda Cassidy O’Connell in Aotearoa New Zealand as she embarks on delivering an official Managing a Future Search training. We will be welcoming the class of 25 at our next Learning Exchange on the 13th November (2pm Eastern).
