This months learning exchange is on the topic of leadership. We know that one of the key challenges in having transformative change happen at the system level means having an inspired individual or group of individuals who have the authority and courage to step in with all that it brings. We are spending this next LE looking at the experiences we have when talking to leaders and we are hoping to come up with helpful insights we can all go off and try out to foster productive interactions with leaders and ultimately have more Future Searches in the world!
